My Story

 

I am a fully qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist, with qualifications also in Transpersonal and Emotional Release Counselling, Wellness and Process coaching, Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner among other things. 

 

I have over 27 years of clinical experience working with people from all walks of life and I am a second generation Nutritionist.

I love combining ancient wisdom traditions, spirituality, psychology and modern science, cutting-edge nutrition, biology and neuroscience. I use this knowledge and the skills I have gained to help truly provide holistic health support.

It has been through years of witnessing health and wellness within myself and others and studying and researching ways to radically affect one’s wellbeing through mind, body medicine, energy medicine, embodiment practices, breath work, impeccable dietary and lifestyle habits, that I can speak first hand of successful ways to nourish and nurture your health regardless of your starting point.

I am a firm believer that our modern diet and lifestyle – full of nutritionally depleted foods, chemical additives and a disconnect from nature – is making us sick and that our bodies can heal themselves from almost any health problem with the right dietary and lifestyle choices,  and supplement support as necessary.

My aim is to coach and support you and provide you with the practical tools and latest information on preventative and restorative wellness practices tailored perfectly to your unique needs and goals while deepening your loving embodied relationship to yourself and others. This generates a greater experience of connection, purpose, love and health.
